CargaExchange is a technology intermediary that organizes and displays container listings posted by sellers and facilitates contact with buyers. We do not own the containers and are not a party to transactions between users.

We do not process online payments or move containers. The purchase, rental, payment, transport, and crane service are coordinated directly between buyer and seller.

The CargaExchange brand, logo, design, and software are protected by law and belong to CargaExchange or its licensors. The content of the listings belongs to the sellers, who grant the Platform a license to display it under the Terms and Conditions.

If you detect a fraudulent or unlawful listing or one that infringes rights, report it by WhatsApp at +507 6726-2328 or to info@cargaexchange.com. We will review the report and may unpublish content that breaches these terms or the law.

Listing information comes from the sellers and is their responsibility. CargaExchange does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of the listed containers. We recommend inspecting the container and verifying the seller before paying.

This Legal Notice is supplemented by the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy (Law 81 of 2019), and the Cookie Policy, available on the site. In the event of any discrepancy between the Spanish version and any translation, the Spanish version prevails.
